Sponsorships/Exhibitors

NCJA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities and exhibit booths at the 2026 Virtual Forum on Criminal Justice.

If you do not see a sponsorship that meets your needs, please reach out Chris Asplen at casplen@ncja.org. We are happy to work with you to put something together!

All sponsors will receive recognition throughout the Forum and their logo on promotional emails.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum $7,500 

With the purchase of a Platinum Sponsorship companies will receive:

 

  1. Opportunity to present to the NCJA Advisory Council during its Fall 2026 Meeting

  2. 60 second video that will play after the Opening Plenary Session and in the Lobby area of the conference 

  3. Registration for three (3) attendees at the Forum

  4. Signage throughout the Forum and Recognition at Opening and Closing Session

  5. Interactive booth space in the virtual exhibit hall to post company and product information

  6. Ability to host information sessions and connect with attendees through live chat

  7. Game challenges featuring your company to incentivize visitors to your booth

  8. Corporate logo on marketing materials

  

Gold $5,000

With the purchase of a Gold Sponsorship companies will receive:

 

  1. 60 second video that will play in the Lobby area of the conference

  2. Registration for two (2) attendees at the Forum

  3. Signage throughout the Forum and Recognition at Opening and Closing Session

  4. Interactive booth space in the virtual exhibit hall to post company and product information

  5. Ability to host information sessions and connect with attendees through live chat

  6. Game challenges featuring your company to incentivize visitors to your booth

  7. Corporate logo on marketing materials​

Silver $2,500

With the purchase of a Silver Sponsorship companies will receive:

 

  1. Signage throughout the Forum and Recognition at Opening and Closing Session

  2. Registration for one (1) attendee at the Forum

  4. Ability to host information sessions and connect with attendees through live chat
